Motivation

Ever since I got my first digital camera, or even before that (POLAROIDS!), I’ve had a passion for capturing objects with my soul, my eye, my lens. Lately I’ve realized that composing a photo is no different from composing a musical piece – it’s all about inspiration, balance, beauty, contrast, light, shadows and so on. Oh whatever – taking a great photo is like a first kiss!

Equipment

For most of the stuff you see on here I use the Nikon D40, and sometimes I use the Speedlight SB-400 flash, a simple wide converter and some other stuff. Here are some good sites on DSLR photography: KenRockwell, Nikonians.org, Nikon, Digital Photo Review and News. Here are some sweet shops (if you live in Sweden that is!): Kameradoktorn, Fotokungen, Japanphoto.
